The foundation "Prof. Dr. Vancho Chifliganec" was founded on December 15, 2014 by Adora Engineering, as the crown to the long-standing corporate social responsibility and continuation of the philanthropic tradition of prof. Vancho Chifliganec, Phd. The mission of the foundation is to support and promote the development of education, science, sports, culture, art, to organize humanitarian and other activities, in order to contribute to building a better, happier and more equal world, with equal opportunities for all. In its 20 years of existence, Adora Engineering for support of the community, has invested a lot of effort, love and funds of over 5 million euros.
Adora Engineering has been an active member of the UN Global Compact since 2012, the largest global association of socially responsible companies in the world.
The philanthropy of prof. Vancho Chifliganec, PhD, has roots in humanity and solidarity nurtured in his humble family, continued through the support received for his education, growing into a corporate habit, trademark, ethical business code and a recognizable image of Adora Engineering. The motto that a person and a company do not exist only for themselves and their environment, that everyone within their capabilities should help others, give back to the community and share success with it, were the guides of Adora Engineering and the Foundation Prof. Dr. Vancho Chifliganec in the realization of a number of projects for common good.
Showing that humanity has no borders, Adora Business Group and the Foundation Prof. Dr. Vancho Chifliganec as the main partner with the Novak Djokovic Foundation, in 2021 built a new, fully equipped, modern kindergarten in the village of Ljubis, Serbia. The kindergarten, which is close to the tourist center Zlatibor and the new complex 21st Century Residence, Spa & Wellness by Adora, offers to preschool children education and development in a safe, adequate and creative environment. With this project, as well as with the support of the Zlatibor Football Club and the Friendship Regional Football Cup in Zlatibor, the international brand Adora has expanded its corporate philosophy beyond the borders of its home country, guided by the premise that true success of companies is measured by the quality of society they create in the environments in which they operate.
Among the donations in Macedonia are: the construction of the Orthodox Church of Sv. Jovan Krstitel (St. John the Baptist) on the quay of the river Vardar in the Municipality of Aerodrom, Skopje, the fountain in the park in Kisela Voda, the clock towers in Gjorce Petrov and Strumica and the memorial monument Cross Catcher in Ohrid, dedicated to the Epiphany- Vodici. The company has donated equipment and medical devices in hospitals in Skopje, Radovish and Strumica, modern aids and equipment in kindergartens and schools, the dilapidated roof of the Special Primary School Zlatan Sremec in Skopje has been repaired. A number of scholarships have been awarded to talented pupils, students, customers and employees. Trainings were organized and supported: the first certified academy "Adora Engineering" in the campaign "Dream Creators", AutoCAD trainings and 3D Max Autodesk trainings. In the fight against hunger and poverty, 200 food and hygiene packages were distributed in the Ohrid region. Since 2014, a project has been implemented in which several thousand meals have been provided for the homeless in Skopje. In addition to that, a new home has been built on the site of their burned down house for the Trajkovi family in Dedino, Konce.
Within the framework of sports support, for around a decade Adora permanently supports Dimitar Gjorgjiev, the four-time world and European kickboxing champion, under the auspices of the Foundation the kickboxing club Rabotnicki Adora was established and the eponymous kickboxing training center, which is one of the best in the Balkans. In the field of culture, Adora was the main sponsor of the renowned international event "Ohrid Summer" for two years; a number of university schools, scientific forums, associations were supported; and within the affirmation of Macedonian art and culture is the patronage of the first solo concert of the pop singer Tamara Todevska; also publication and printing of a large number of books, various editions and publications.
