On August 28, the Orthodox holiday Assumption of Virgin Mary, in 2002, the established successful businessman and philanthropist, prof. Vancho Chifliganec, PhD, founded the private company Adora Engineering. Under the motto “Only the deeds are reality” and under the protection of the Patron Saint the Virgin Mary, the company with the main activity of construction of residential and non-residential buildings, grew into a leader that pushed the boundaries of the real estate market, became a synonym for stable, quality and innovative homes and an example of social responsibility in the sphere of business. Adora Engineering has been a leader in the construction-high rise construction sector for 21 years and is always at the top of the most successful companies in Macedonia, 10 years among the 50 most successful companies, and 6 years among the 25 most successful companies in Macedonia.
Through strategic business and geographic diversification, in recent years we have expanded our construction activity in the Balkan region. In the beautiful Zlatibor, we built the authentic apartment hotel 21st Century Zlatibor Residence, Spa & Wellness by Adora, our first, pioneering project in Serbia. This unique concept of a hotel complex with investment apartments, unique for its strong author’s expression and design of the exterior and interior, offers an uncompromising quality of pleasures even for the most demanding mountain hedonists.
In Greece, in the heart of the central old town of Thessaloniki, we are building the residential and commercial building Thessaloniki 21, created for housing and business with the recognizable urban elegance of this megalopolis. For a perfect sea holiday in an ecologically pure nature, in Greece we built the tourist boutique complex B&D Luxury Suites on Golden Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches on the green island of Thassos, and the complex of luxury villas overlooking the beach in the picturesque Kriopigi in Halkidiki.
Over the past 21 years, we have built 400,000 m² of area, 40 buildings in Skopje, Ohrid, Strumica, Macedonia and the region, 3,000 homes with 13,000 inhabitants, and we have invested over 5 million euros to build a better world. We believe that after several years of moratoriums, brighter times are coming and that in an environment of favorable business climate, we will build again in the Macedonian market. At the most attractive location where all roads cross in Skopje, our vision is to build a new urban complex, worthy of adorning the heart of the capital.
