Prof. doc. Vancho Chifliganec, the General Manager of Adora Engineering won the award for Individual philanthropist in 2013 in Macedonia from the Centre for institutional development CID, that last night in Skopje awarded the traditional awards for philanthropy and social responsibility, which give recognition and gratitude to individuals and enterprises for the good deeds in society, and by which humanity and philanthropy are celebrated.

  For Prof. Dr. Vancho Chifliganec the award for philanthropist of the year represents satisfaction and a true recognition and a motive for his long-lasting endeavors as an individual and through the construction company Adora Engineering in the field of social responsibility, care for others, humanity and helping citizens and the broader community in Macedonia. .

Philanthropy isn’t something you learn and in my part, it appeared thanks to solidarity and help by society that I felt myself and thanks to which I educated myself and developed professionally and as a person in life. Because of that, I wish to help people constantly and with dedication, with love and positive energy and in my range of possibilities to also help the community. With the long-term socially responsible projects for investing in all municipalities where Adora Engineering builds buildings, we create valuable and useful works, between which are the orthodox temple ST. John the Baptist and the monument for God’s Appearance – Vodici “The Cross Catcher” in the Balkan Jerusalem – Ohrid, that I gifted to Macedonia and the Macedonian people this year. I am also proud for the care for the employees, through the support of their higher education and the organized food supply for the construction workers, of the given student scholarships, of the humanitarian events, the help given in a nature disaster, of the support of science, education, culture and sport development, for the protection of the environment and especially of the care for our buyers for whom we secure a proven safe, economic and healthy living. Mine and our corporative goal is to build a better, healthier and happier place for living as a community together, with a more prosperous future for us and further generations – stated Prof. Dr  Vancho Chifliganec who after receiving the award for individual philanthropist in 2013 in Macedonia, announced the formation of a foundation of his own.

Prof Dr. Vancho Chifliganec and the construction company Adora Engineering have won 12 national awards for best socially responsible practices and philanthropy and three high ranking European awards for successful and qualitative work and social responsibility.
